Owner special for the first two weeks of August 2008 only:
$1075/week plus linens ($70 for unit 1, $80 for units 2 and 3) for each rental, plus tax (11%).
If you bring a pet, there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per unit with a pet.
Rent all three units and you get 3,000 square feet, 6 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, and three full kitchens for $3000/week (plus tax, cleaning, linens, and applicable pet fee).
