Weekly rental periods start and end on Saturdays.

Stays of less than a week can only be booked within two weeks of the stay in the low season and within a week of the stay for the mid and high seasons.   All stays have a three night minimum.

To all stays, add $65 for cleaning ($50 every two weeks for monthly rentals), $10/person/week for linens (max $60 per stay) and 7% sales tax, 4% lodging tax.  Pet fees are $35/pet, non-refundable, 2 pet maximum.

3/16/13 - 5/24/13 - $125/week night, $135/weekend or holiday night, $800/week, $1750/month

5/25/13- 9/06/13 - $180/week night, $190/weekend or holiday night, $1155/week, $4000/month

9/07/13 - 10/25/13 - $125/week night, $135/weekend or holiday night, $800/week, $1750/month

10/26/12 - 3/21/14 - $115/week night, $125/weekend or holiday night, $700/week, $1625/month

3/21/13 - 5/23/13 - $130/week night, $1140/weekend or holiday night, $820/week, $2460/month
