Weekly rental periods start and end on Saturdays.

Stays of less than a week can only be booked within two weeks of the stay in the low season and within a week of the stay for the mid and high seasons.   All stays have a three night minimum.

To all stays, add $60 for cleaning ($60 every two weeks for monthly rentals), $10 + $10/person/week for linens (max $60 per stay) and 11% tax.  Pet fees are $35/pet, non-refundable, 2 pet maximum.

3/24/12 - 5/25/12 - $120/week night, $130/weekend or holiday night, $770/week, $1600/month

5/26/12- 9/07/12 - $170/week night, $180/weekend or holiday night, $1100/week, $4000/month

9/08/12 - 10/26/12 - $125/week night, $135/weekend or holiday night, $800/week, $1750/month

10/27/12 - 3/15/13 - $110/week night, $120/weekend or holiday night, $700/week, $1400/month
