All stays have a three night minimum.

To all stays, add $60 for cleaning, $10person for linens (max $60) and 11% tax.  Pet fees are $25/pet, non-refundable, 2 pet maximum.

9/12/10 - 10/30/10 - $120/night, $770/week, $1540/month

10/31/10 - 3/25/11 - $100/night, $650/week, $1275/month

3/26/11 - 5/27/10 - $120/day, $770/week, $1540/month

5/28/11- 9/11/11 - $150/night, $1015/week, $2750/month
