Forgotten Coast Paddle Jam 2014
Forgotten Coast Paddle Jam 2014 is a three-day festival the third weekend in May, celebrating the Forgotten Coast and helping those in need through paddle sports, music & food. Paddle Jam is a “fluid festival” with events happening at various locations in Apalachicola and St. George Island. So, if you Love 2 Paddle... Paddle 2 Love," we invite you to join with us at Forgotten Coast Paddle Jam 2014! Saturday, May 17th, we will attempt to set a the GUINNESS BOOK WORLD RECORD for the Largest Floating Kayak Raft on the Apalachicola River. The current record was set September 2011, when 1,902 kayaks and canoes assembled on Fourth Lake in Inlet, N.Y.

Saturday Battery Park in Apalachicola 9:00am-noon Registration for Guinness World Record $25.00, *need a PFD and a kayak Rental kayaks available for $20.00
9:00 am Pancake breakfast, vendors, and food
12:00-6:00pm Music, vendors and food
Noon-3:00pm assemble kayaks and go for the Guinness World Record!

10:00am Worship on the Water at Regetta Park
10:30 SUP races, SUP yoga demonstrations all day
