Apalachicola Area Historical Society Lecture - Bill Mclean

The Apalachicola Area Historical Society will present two speakers this fall.

On September 25, Bill McLean will share his research into the identity of an abandoned boat by the 319 bridge over the Ochlocknee River. McLean became aware of the craft, which is still visible at low tide, when he was a young boy and has spent years researching it.

Then on October 16, come and hear Ed Moore of Tallahassee discuss his memories and the history of St. Teresa. Moore has visited the resort since the 1940s.

Both lectures will be held at the Raney Carriage House at 5:30 p.m.

Light refreshments will be served.

The talks are free to AAHS members and others who wish to attend can join the society for $5.
